Art of Improv returns with a powerful evening of live, spontaneous music-making.
We are thrilled to feature internationally renowned composer-pianist Marilyn Lerner, performing a solo second set of abstract creative improvisations.
The night opens with a collaboration between sulings and cello as Andrew Timar and Cheryl O explore improvised duets.
They’ll be joined by Eugene Martynec (electroacoustics) and pianist Bill Gilliam, coming together for a dynamic quartet to close out the first set.
