DESCRIPTION:Array Space\, 155 Walnut Ave. Toronto\, ON\, M6J 3W3    Admission $15 / PWYC    Bill Gilliam (piano\, preparations)\, Glen Hall (woodwinds\, electroacoustic) and Joe Sorbara (drums\, percussion) are very happy to announce our upcoming release of our new CD “Counterstasis - Refracted Voices” on Thur Sept 26th at Array Space in Toronto.    The music on this CD is a spontaneously composed exploration of gestures and sonorities connected to new chamber music\, free jazz\, sound art\, experimental\, and other creative music traditions. Bill Gilliam\, Glen Hall and Joe Sorbara draw on a wide variety of traditional and extended techniques and employ both conventional and bent approaches to melodicism\, groove\, and chromatic harmony.
